All links make use of the title attribute to describe their purpose. We have also used descriptive text for our links. Links do not open content in a separate window.
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.
The layout is completely liquid, filling the browser's window. Our site accommodates resizing text and, as ems have been used as units, text can even be re-sized in Internet Explorer 6 for Windows.
The use of images is limited, however, where images are used a descriptive ALT text accompanies them.
